Trisha Gonzalez, owner
An L.A native with 15+ years of experience, Trisha specializes in color, balayage, layered-cuts & hair extensions. As a true Libra, she seeks balance in life, work & everything she creates. Trisha’s passion for perfection drives her attention to detail and commitment to the warm environment here at The Hive.
CHIKA FURUMIYA
Originally from Japan, Chika has 18 years of experience creating styles for clients in both Kyoto & Los Angeles. She has a wide range of experience with many different hair types and textures including variations of Asian hair. Her specialties include: Cuts, Color, Balayage, Natural looking hair straightening and Hair extensions. Attention to detail is top priority. Chika is always mindful of making sure her customers are able to recreate hairstyles at home.
DANIEL BAILEY
Dedicated to the art of precision and elegance, I specialize in men’s and women’s haircuts and styling, as well as luxury blonding services, including highlights and balayage. With a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for modern, tailored looks, I craft styles that enhance each client’s unique features and personal aesthetic. ERIN LEDEN
Originally from Chicago, Erin moved to Los Angeles for the sunshine & good hair. I enjoy working with bright red heads, beachy blondes as well as men’s and women’s haircuts. Erin loves helping others look and feel more confident with themselves.
Illiana EDNEY
Illiana has a passion for hair color, with a special love for creating rich, dimensional reds and golden copper tones. Originally from Orange County, she began her career in Newport Beach salons before advancing to José Eber in Beverly Hills. There, she trained under top colorists, mastering balayage, foliage, and formulation. Now working independently, she specializes in blondes and redheads, with a keen eye for customizing vibrant, lived-in coppers and warm, sun-kissed hues.
JENNA MICHELLE
Jenna Michelle has been a stylist for 25 years working locally with top rated salons and stylists throughout her career. She has expert training through Carlton/Linear Salon as well as Michael John Salon in Beverly Hills. Jenna excels in the creation of exceptional styles ranging from classic to modern that are suited to her clients' personal needs and lifestyles. Jenna is a multi-talented stylist who specializes in cuts for both men & women, a variety of color options & techniques, Brazilian blowouts, as well as special event styles, and all around healthy hair care.
LAURIE CASILLAS
A Venice/Culver City native with over 20 years of experience, Laurie is an artist of hair - specializing in hair extensions, color, balayage/ highlights, and textured cuts. In addition, Laurie offers facial waxing. To Laurie, the art of hair is to create and bring out the beauty in all of us. Peace & love.
Natalie Labarbera
I am a skilled hairstylist who graduated from Toni and Guy. My expertise lies in Balayage, hair coloring, blondes, precision cutting, and tape in extensions. Rachel-jean abrams hsu
Rachel is a native of the San Fernando valley here in LA with 17 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in lived in natural hair color as well as blondes and creative coloring. She studied at Vidal Sassoon academy and enjoys creating custom precision cuts that shape and accentuate each clients best features. Her goal is to make each person that sits in her chair feel relaxed and refreshed and feeling like their best self when they leave!
BECCA HAVEN
Becca was born & raised in Los Angeles and began cutting and coloring hair in high school. She has experience styling hair for photo shoots and music videos. She has received training with brands such as Kevin Murphy, Aveda, Davines and Bumble&Bumble to name a few. She specializes in balayage, creative colors, and lived-in hairstyles.
Sandra moraga
A Culver City native, Sandra is an energetic stylist with 15 years’ experience working with image-conscious customers of all ages. Her specialties include highlights, balayage, color correction, keratin treatments and inspired haircuts and styles for all. She prides herself on forming strong relationships with her clients and providing them with hairstyles as unique as they are. Her fierce passion for the beauty industry inspires her to stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in the business. She has trained with Vidal Sassoon.
LISA CHRISTENSEN
Lisa is a dedicated and talented stylist with 18+ years in the industry. Specializing in balayage and blondes - Lisa’s detailed color work is also complimented by her classic haircuts and blowouts. Her education and artistic approach has always been the foundation of her passion. Inspired by culture, her love of music and photography - Lisa’s style is ever-evolving, which allows her to create personal style for everyone who sits in her chair. When Lisa isn’t in the salon, she is also helping others as a Certified Life Coach - specializing in relationships & connection.

Juliana is a Los Angeles native and a true Virgo—detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about her craft. Specializing in lived-in balayage, she loves creating effortlessly beautiful, dimensional color for her clients. Known for her incredible blow-drying skills, she delivers the perfect bouncy, long-lasting finish every time. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her spending quality time with her family on the weekends or fueling her coffee obsession one cup at a time.
